Online video sessions are available for those who would prefer this option during these difficult times. This can be for many reasons from travel difficulties, child-minding issues, health reasons, anxiety, and many others. This is an option that may also be used if a client or therapist is advised to self-isolate for a period of time. This decision to move therapy online will only be taken between both client and therapist and only when the therapist feels it is in the client’s best interest to do so.
Creative psychotherapists, counsellors and psychotherapists are considered an Essential Service under all restriction levels in the Government’s Covid 19 Roadmap. Services can continue during restrictions once all NPHET safety protocols and social distancing is followed.
